If you deem the product to be faulty we will happily replace your order within 48 hours of receiving it.

Please call the shop or mobile at the very earliest convenience & explain your concerns or problems.

We send all deliveries with a water source & it is up to the recipient to continue providing hydration to our living works of art. We cannot be liable for misuse or care of our designs.

Orders cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a quality issue. Change of mind is not accepted.

We are always happy to rectify any problems but ask that you please remember flowers are a product of nature & have varying shelf lives.
