Delivery

Areas we deliver to range from the Mornington Peninsula out to Pakenham/Clyde to Bayside suburbs. The further the distance the more notice possible is appreciated.

Please take care in providing correct & complete delivery details.

To guarantee same-day delivery please place your order by 1 pm Mon-Sat. 

We use a local third-party courier. 

All orders are delivered at the earliest convenience & with care.

Delivery charges are determined according to distance.

If no one is home or able to receive the delivery at the door the order will be left at the delivery address provided in a safe place.

If we are unable to gain access to the property & recipients does not answer our phone call to be advised further or in event of extreme heat or rain without shelter, we will take the order back to the store & have to charge a second delivery fee to re-attempt delivery.

Delivery fee cannot be refunded.
